She is a consultant to organizations, businesses, foundations, governments and not-for-profits interested in her unique ability to translate and leverage media trends and to connect seemingly disparate ideas and organizations to find common pathways to positive change.

Highly disruptive in her approach, Delyse is not afraid to ask hard questions and tell difficult truths, while maintaining the compassion and connection necessary for sustainable change.

Delyse has three decades’ of social innovation expertise, connecting thousands of social entrepreneurs with corporate leaders, thought leaders, and new media partners. With Ashoka Changemakers, she led more than 60 co-branded global campaigns with partners such as National Geographic, Nike, GE, G-20, eBay, Google, and the Robert Wood Johnson, Rockefeller and Gates foundations. With CUSO, she focused on Indigenous cultural rights in Canada and the South Pacific. As Executive Director of Selkirk College Foundation, she led a team to establish the first B.C. Rural Innovation Chair.

Delyse is currently supporting a number of municipal and national innovation labs in their communication design and delivery strategy. Delyse is based in Nelson, BC.
