Erin Welk

Co-CEO

Erin’s work is rooted in the local. She translates social impact strategy into grassroots solutions and mobilizes partners and changemakers to scale promising practices into system-shifting policy and programming. She works both within and across interrelated systems such as climate change, housing and homelessness, the opioid overdose crisis, and supported employment. As an inspired strategist and organizational leader, Erin brings entrepreneurial and practical innovation approaches to this work. She finds herself most energized convening a diverse group of community partners to catalyze positive outcomes.

Erin draws on 16 years of facilitation and collaboration expertise, aiming for a fine balance between facilitating group trust and moving from talk to action. She is certified by the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2), the standard for consultation and engagement best practices within the public sector, and is a PROSCI-certified change management practitioner.
